(8053 Bodajk, Pet\u0151fi S\u00e1ndor u. 81., e-mail: info@wpmaster.hu, web: <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/wpmaster.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hveid=\"0\" data-ved=\"0CAAQ_4QMahgKEwjt6Z-VkoGVAxUAAAAAHQAAAAAQpgM\">https:\/\/wpmaster.hu<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">2. Website Use, Registration, and User Account<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2.1.<\/b> By purchasing or registering on the website, the Buyer accepts these GTC as binding and consents to the Service Provider processing their personal data as defined in the Privacy Policy. If the user does not accept these GTC, they are not entitled to purchase and download the software products.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"300\">2.2.<\/b> The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify these GTC and the Privacy Policy at any time, which shall be effective upon publication on the wpmaster.hu website.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"477\">2.3.<\/b> To download software products (plugins), manage license keys, and access updates, the system creates a user account during or prior to the purchasing process based on the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"691\">2.4.<\/b> During registration and purchase, the following data must be provided for billing and verification of license eligibility: First Name, Last Name, Company Name (optional), E-mail address, Phone number, Billing address, Tax number (for corporate purchases).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"952\">2.5.<\/b> The Service Provider will delete the registration at any time upon the User&#8217;s request. The Service Provider reserves the right to invalidate and delete registrations that demonstrably contain false or abusive data.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">3. The Ordering Process<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3.1.<\/b> Purchasing on the website is only possible via electronically submitted orders on the wpmaster.hu platform.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"113\">3.2.<\/b> The Service Provider sells digital software products, WordPress extensions (plugins), and related software licenses. The User can find detailed information about the software&#8217;s features, system requirements (e.g., PHP version, WordPress version), and compatibility conditions on the product pages.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"416\">3.3.<\/b> The selected software product or license structure (e.g., valid for a single site, valid for multiple sites, or developer license) can be placed in the cart using the &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221; button. The contents of the cart can be checked, modified, or deleted at any time before payment.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"700\">3.4.<\/b> During the ordering process, the Buyer must provide their billing details and select their preferred electronic payment method (online credit card payment or bank transfer).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"879\">3.5.<\/b> By clicking the &#8220;Submit Order&#8221; or &#8220;Pay&#8221; button, the order is finalized. This step constitutes a binding offer entailing a payment obligation on the part of the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"1051\">3.6.<\/b> Prices: The prices indicated on the website are VAT exempt (AAM) prices, meaning they do not include Value Added Tax (0% VAT) and are stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF). Since these are digital products, no shipping or packaging costs apply.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"1297\">3.7.<\/b> The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data and feature descriptions provided on the website. If the operation of the software is hindered due to technical reasons (e.g., custom server environment, incompatible themes or plugins developed by third parties), the Service Provider offers customer support to resolve the issue, or if the issue cannot be fixed, refunds the purchase price as regulated in these GTC.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">4. Binding Offer, Confirmation, Conclusion of the Contract<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4.1.<\/b> Following the receipt of the order, the Service Provider will confirm the order via an automated e-mail immediately, but no later than within 48 hours. If the User does not receive this confirmation within 48 hours, they are released from the binding offer.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"263\">4.2.<\/b> The contract is concluded by the Service Provider&#8217;s explicit acceptance of the offer (by sending the license key and the download link, or via a second e-mail confirming the paid status).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"456\">4.3.<\/b> The submitted order qualifies as an electronically concluded contract, governed by Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services. The contract falls under the scope of Government Decree 45\/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"788\">4.4.<\/b> The language of the contract is Hungarian. A contract concluded via the website does not qualify as a written contract; the Service Provider does not file it separately, but order histories remain accessible retroactively from the user account.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">5. Billing<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">Based on the provided billing data, the Service Provider issues an electronic invoice (e-invoice) for every purchase via the Billingo system. The Service Provider automatically sends the invoice to the e-mail address provided during the order after the payment has been processed. Mailing paper-based invoices is not possible.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">6. Payment Methods<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Due to the nature of the software products, cash on delivery is not possible. The Service Provider offers the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.1. Bank Transfer<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">After placing the order, the Buyer receives the details necessary for the transfer via e-mail.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"18\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Beneficiary&#8217;s bank:<\/b> Erste Bank Hungary Zrt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Comment section:<\/b> The order number must be strictly included for identification purposes.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,1,0\">Downloading the product and activating the license key become available after the bank transfer has cleared. If the transfer is not completed within 3 working days from the order, the order is automatically deleted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.2. Online Credit Card Payment (Barion)<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Online credit card payments are executed through the secure Barion system. The credit card details do not reach the Service Provider (merchant). The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, license number: H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">The Buyer acknowledges that the following personal data stored in the user database of wpmaster.hu by the Service Provider will be transferred to Barion Payment Zrt. as a data processor: name, e-mail address, transaction amount. After the successful completion of the payment, the software download and the license become instantly available.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"20\">7. Digital Fulfillment and Delivery of Software Licenses<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">7.1.<\/b> No physical package delivery takes place. The delivery of software products is executed exclusively digitally, in the form of electronic downloads.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"153\">7.2.<\/b> Following the successful settlement of the payment (instantly for Barion, and upon the processing of the clearance for bank transfers), the Service Provider sends the download link for the software (plugin), its unique license key, and the invoice to the Buyer electronically (via e-mail). Furthermore, the products become available in the Buyer&#8217;s user account on the wpmaster.hu website.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"547\">7.3.<\/b> The software license provides software updates and technical support (support) for the duration corresponding to the selected package (e.g., 1-year or lifetime license) on the specified number of websites.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"22\">8. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal (Special Rules for Digital Products)<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">8.1.<\/b> The provisions contained in this section apply exclusively to natural persons acting outside their trade, profession, or business activity (Consumer).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"156\">8.2. Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\">Based on Section 29 (1) m) of Government Decree 45\/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the Consumer may not exercise their right of withdrawal and termination regarding digital data content supplied on a non-tangible medium if the business has begun performance with the consumer&#8217;s explicit, prior consent, and the consumer has simultaneously declared their acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal after the performance has begun.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"710\">8.3.<\/b> By finalizing the order (ticking the checkbox), the Buyer explicitly consents to the Service Provider beginning the digital fulfillment immediately after the payment is completed (by providing the download link and the license key), and acknowledges that by starting the download or generating the license key, they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal without cause.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"1084\">8.4.<\/b> If the Buyer has not yet downloaded the ordered digital product (plugin) and has not activated\/started using the corresponding license key, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract without cause within 14 calendar days from the purchase. They must indicate this intention with a clear statement sent to the info@wpmaster.hu e-mail address. In this case, the Service Provider will refund the purchase price within 14 days of the notification and will simultaneously permanently disable the digital access and the license key.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"24\">9. Warranty and Technical Support<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\"><b data-path-to-node=\"25\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">9.1. Warranty for Material Defects<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider (e.g., the software demonstrably does not conform to the features described on the product page, or it does not function in a clean WordPress environment due to a programming error), the Buyer may enforce a warranty claim according to the provisions of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">In the case of a consumer contract, the Consumer may enforce their warranty claim within a 2-year limitation period calculated from the receipt (download).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">The Buyer may primarily request the repair of the software&#8217;s code (bug-fix update). If the Service Provider cannot or does not wish to repair the defect within a reasonable deadline, the Buyer may request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price or withdraw from the contract (purchase price refund).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">Upon discovering the defect, the Buyer is obliged to report it immediately, but no later than within 2 months.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26\"><b data-path-to-node=\"26\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">9.2. Limitation of Liability and Compatibility<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26\">The Service Provider assumes no warranty or liability for errors that:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"27\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27,0,0\">Arise from the Buyer&#8217;s inadequate, outdated, or misconfigured hosting environment (e.g., incorrect PHP version, missing PHP extensions, low memory_limit).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27,1,0\">Result from source code conflicts triggered by themes with non-standard coding or other plugins developed by third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27,2,0\">Stem from subsequent updates to the WordPress core system, the release of which occurred after the purchased plugin&#8217;s support or update period had already expired.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"28\">10. Enforcement Options<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29\"><b data-path-to-node=\"29\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">10.1. Complaint Handling<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29\">The Buyer may address their complaints regarding software, licenses, or billing directly to the Service Provider at the info@wpmaster.hu e-mail address. The Service Provider will investigate the received complaints and provide a substantive written response to the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days, indicating the exact legal or technical reasons in the event of rejection.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"30\"><b data-path-to-node=\"30\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">10.2. Other Enforcement Forums<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"30\">If a legal dispute between the Service Provider and the Consumer cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Buyer qualifying as a Consumer may turn to the following authorities and bodies:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"31\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,0,0\">Lodging a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority (government offices).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,1,0\">Initiating a Conciliation Board procedure:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"31,1,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,1,1,0,0\">Fej\u00e9r County Conciliation Board<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,1,1,1,0\">Address: 8000 Sz\u00e9kesfeh\u00e9rv\u00e1r, Hossz\u00fas\u00e9tat\u00e9r 4-6.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,1,1,2,0\">Phone: 06\/22\/510-310 or 06\/22\/510-323<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,1,1,3,0\">E-mail: fmkik@fmkik.hu<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,2,0\">Initiating court proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"32\">11. Other Provisions<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33\"><b data-path-to-node=\"33\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">11.1.<\/b> The Service Provider bears no liability for download obstacles related to internet network outages, server downtimes, or network errors occurring on the Buyer&#8217;s side, but will provide alternative access to the files within the framework of technical support if the payment has been verifiably completed.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33\"><b data-path-to-node=\"33\" data-index-in-node=\"310\">11.2.<\/b> The software sold on the wpmaster.hu website is protected by copyright. Purchasing the software does not constitute the transfer of intellectual property rights; the Buyer exclusively acquires the right of use (execution) corresponding to the selected license structure. Reselling, transferring software licenses to third parties, or incorporating them into client projects is strictly and exclusively permitted in the case of multi-site (multi-domain) license versions, up to the quantity limit of the purchased license package. The resale, sharing (including aggregator and warez sites), or duplication of single-site (single-domain) licenses is strictly prohibited.
